GLASGOW South MP Tom Harris has been thanked for pledging to do his bit for the British Armed Forces Family.

Tom met with a delegation from the Royal British Legion for an event which discussed the Royal British Legion's manifesto and the changes it is calling for.

"I wanted to take this opportunity to show my support fro the British Armed Forces Family and the valuable work the Legion does.  I know this work doesn't just matter to me, but to so many of my constituents as well.  I've now pledged to 'do my bit' for service personnel , their families, the bereaved, veterans and dependants.  It's important that all parties across the political spectrum can work with the Legion in response to their calls for change."
